1、 Scope of application:
Mainly used for automated production of nine packaging specifications of Chinese herbal medicine slices, including fruits, rhizomes, partial branches, flowers, leaves, and crushed grass, in accordance with national regulations, including 1g, 3g, 5g, 6g, 9g, 10g, 12g, 15g, and 30g. Made of 304 stainless steel material, in compliance with GMP certification standards.
2、 Performance characteristics:
Automatically complete processes such as feeding, weighing, dropping, production printing, bag making, sealing, cutting, counting, and finished product output.
Using a miniature combination scale, the measurement accuracy is high, with an error of ± 0.3g; automatic calibration is completed.
Good dynamic response performance, fast speed, and smooth movement
Excellent motion control technology can accurately plan the velocity and acceleration of each point in the transverse sealing motion trajectory
Adopting electronic cam technology, the impact of the mechanism is small during high-speed movement, and the operation is smooth and soft
The application of synchronous technology through motion control with servo film pulling enables the whole machine to achieve a speed of 120 empty packs per minute
