Full servo bending machine automatic bending and punching production line configuration:

1) The HT-SW75CNC fully automatic double bending machine comes standard with a four axis servo motor drive, allowing for digital adjustment of the bending angle and U-shaped pipe opening on the screen. It supports bending four pipes with a diameter of 25 together;

2) Automatic feeding machine: provides four pipes to be divided together into the waiting area, and the truss robotic arm simultaneously grabs and feeds the materials to the pipe bending machine, punching machine, and unloading rack, supporting central positioning;

3) Pipe processing range: diameter 16-25, iron round pipe, pipe length can be customized, basic configuration feeding length: 1800mm;

4) Automatic punching machine: equipped with a six axis servo motor, can adjust the punching hole spacing or U-tube opening through screen digital input, supports quick mold and needle replacement;

5) Automatic gripper for truss: equipped with six axis servo motors to control three sets of mechanical arms, the screen inputs numbers to adjust the center height and displacement distance of the mold, making mold replacement quick and convenient;

6) Supporting aluminum tube operations, all molds and grippers require additional anti-collision treatment according to customer needs (non-standard customization options)
