Product OverviewIt is a crystallization designed based on the advantages of ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump and DL type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump. working principleAfter the centrifugal pump is started, the pump shaft drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, forcing the liquid pre filled between the blades to rotate. Under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the liquid moves radially from the center of the impeller to the outer periphery. The liquid gains energy during the movement of the impeller, resulting in an increase in static pressure energy and flow velocity. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump casing, it gradually slows down due to the expansion of the flow channel inside the casing, and some of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, which then flows into the discharge pipeline along the tangential direction. So the snail shaped pump casing is not only a component that collects the liquid flowing out from the impeller, but also a turning device. When the liquid is ejected from the center of the impeller to the outer periphery, a low-pressure zone is formed at the center of the impeller. Under the action of the total potential energy difference between the liquid level in the storage tank and the center of the impeller, the liquid is sucked into the center of the impeller. By relying on the continuous operation of the impeller, the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged. The mechanical energy obtained by the liquid in the centrifugal pump ultimately manifests as an increase in static pressure energy. It should be emphasized that if the pump casing is not filled with the liquid to be transported before starting the centrifugal pump, due to the low air density, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller is small, and the central area of the impeller is not sufficient to form a low pressure for sucking the liquid into the storage tank. Therefore, even if the centrifugal pump is started, it cannot transport the liquid. This indicates that the centrifugal pump has no self-priming ability, a phenomenon known as gas confinement. The installation of a one-way bottom valve in the suction pipeline is to prevent the liquid injected into the pump casing from flowing out of the casing before starting. Air entering the pump casing through the suction pipe can cause air entrapment. |

Installation Instructions1. The weight of the pipeline should not be borne on the pump during installation, otherwise the ring water pump will be vulnerable;2. The pump motor is an integral structure that has been calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, so there is no need to adjust it during installation, making it very convenient to install;
3. Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are any hard objects (such as stones, iron sand, etc.) in the pump flow channel that affect the operation of the water pump to avoid damaging the overcurrent components during the operation of the water pump;
4. The foundation bolts must be tightened before installation, and the pump should be checked for looseness at regular intervals to prevent severe vibration during pump start-up and affect its performance;
5. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge should be installed near the inlet and outlet of the pump. For high head, in order to prevent water hammer, a check valve should also be installed in front of the outlet gate valve to cope with sudden power outages and other power loss accidents, thereby ensuring that the water pump operates under optimal conditions and increasing its service life;
6. Pumps used in suction applications should be equipped with bottom valves, and the inlet pipeline should not have too many bends. At the same time, there should be no water or air leakage to avoid affecting the suction performance of the pump;
7. To prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow path, a filter should be installed in front of the pump inlet to improve performance;
8. Before installing the pipeline, rotate the rotor components of the water pump without any friction sound or jamming phenomenon. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
