The GGC-12C COD intelligent digestion instrument is an intelligent reflux heating device developed based on the standard GB11914-89 analysis method (classical analysis method). This machine adopts a new digital temperature control technology (PID) and Chinese LCD interface display technology, which can easily set digital temperature and time. It uses natural air condensation instead of the original water condensation method, thereby reducing volume and saving water resources. It is a new product for measuring water quality, chemical oxygen demand and instrumentation. According to the testing conducted by the Environmental Monitoring Instrument Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the results comply with the standard method ISO060

GGC-12CThe series of national standard COD intelligent reflux digestion equipment is designed completely in accordance with the basic principles of the standard HJ 828-2017 (replacing GB 11914-89) issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. It can effectively ensure the digestion process of reflux micro boiling constant temperature control heating for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of reagent solution are consistent with the requirements of HJ 828-2017 standard, which can ensureaccurateThe analysis results.

This instrument adopts microcomputer technology for timing control heating mode, and can simultaneously heat 12 250ml conical (straight large grinding mouth) bottles with all glass reflux devices; To achieve the goals of energy conservation, reducing power load, and improving efficiency.

The instrument uses a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling instead of tap water cooling. This not only saves water and reduces storage space, but also standardizes the instrument and improves its safety during use; heatingThe module adopts infrared ceramic heating, with uniform heating and independent control.

The chemical solution preparation, operation, and COD calculation of the instrument fully comply with the national standard HJ 828-2017; Note: For COD water samples with a concentration of ≤ 50mg/L, the sampling volume can be appropriately increased when the sample concentration is low; For COD water samples with a concentration greater than 50mg/L, dilution of titrants and oxidants can be used to improve the measurementaccurateDegree; For COD water samples with a concentration greater than 700mg/L, dilution of the water sample concentration is required to complete the result determination; For water samples with high chloride ion content, the method in Appendix A of the national standard HJ 828-2017 can be used for determination.
