Purpose and Characteristics
The powder material and adhesive are thoroughly mixed into a wet soft material in a cylindrical container through a bottom mixing slurry, and then cut into uniform wet particles by a high-speed grinding blade placed on the side.
This machine adopts a horizontal cylindrical structure with a reasonable structure.
1. Inflatable sealed drive shaft, can be switched to water during cleaning.
2. Fluidized granulation results in approximately spherical particles with good flowability.
3. Compared to traditional processes, it reduces adhesive by 25% and shortens drying time.
4. Each batch is dry mixed for 2 minutes and pelletized for 1-4 minutes, which increases efficiency by 4-5 times compared to traditional processes.
