It is crucial to perform silicification treatment on GLP-1 automatic injectors to ensure reliable functionality of pre filled syringes. Silicification treatment ensures optimal performance of the syringe in drug therapy. Due to the hydrophobicity of silicon coatings, the potential interaction between glass and drug formulations will be reduced. As a standard, our glass pre filled syringes use submersible nozzle technology to spray silicified oil during the silicification process, ensuring minimal use of silicified oil but uniform coating. We also supply Gx ® Baked-on RTF ® Glass syringes, which are protected in Europe and the United States, are specifically designed for packaging sensitive biotechnology drugs that may interact with free silicone oil. In this process, silicone oil lotion is applied to the inner surface layer of the syringe body, and then fixed on the surface layer by heating. This greatly reduces the number of free silicone oil molecules. Despite reducing a considerable amount of silicone oil, pre filled syringes still have reliable hydrophobic properties, especially maintaining stable low initial and sliding forces throughout the entire storage period.
Advantages of GLP-1 automatic injector:
Covering and passivating the glass surface reduces the risk of interaction between drug formulations and silicone oil
大大降低硅油分子
Long term stability, uniform distribution, chemically inert lubricating coating
Very uniform distribution of initial and sliding forces
Ensure optimal functionality and stability of drug formulations during the drug storage period
