GMX240 Compact Meteorological Station

The MaxiMet series compact weather stations are designed and manufactured by GILL in the UK. The MaxiMet series products use reliable high-quality weather sensors, which can accurately measure various weather parameters and meet the needs of various applications.

Product features:

Wind: The ultrasonic principle measures wind speed and direction, equipped with a built-in electronic compass that can provide visual wind data. In addition, average wind speed and direction, WMO average wind and gusts can also be provided. If GPS is optional, it can calculate the actual wind speed and direction.
Rainfall: An integrated optical rain gauge automatically senses rainwater falling on its outer surface, calculates rainfall based on the size and quantity of raindrops, and outputs serial data. Compared with traditional tipping bucket rain gauges, this optical rain gauge has no moving parts.
