Our company's newly developed automatic oil scraper oil separator mainly solves the problem of manual oil removal. This oil separator has two major advantages:

1. Automatic oil scraping: When the oil level in the oil separator reaches a certain height, the mechanical oil scraping system will automatically work, scraping the floating oil into the oil collection tank and flowing into the external oil storage tank. After the oil storage tank is filled, it will be removed at regular intervals.

2. Automatic heating system (optional): In order to prevent the freezing of animal oil in winter from affecting the oil separation and scraping effect, our company provides an automatic oil scraping oil separator. A heater is also installed in the oil collection area to ensure that the oil will not solidify into blocks at low temperatures, which is more conducive to the discharge of oil.

According to user requirements, a filter element can also be added: the filter element is composed of multiple layers of imported oil absorbing materials from Japan, which can adsorb and remove soluble oils and emulsified oils.
