The FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) air box pulse bag filter consists of four main parts: the box body, bag chamber, ash hopper, and air inlet and outlet, and is equipped with pillars, stairs, railings, compressed air pipeline system, and dust cleaning control mechanism.
The main design feature of FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) type air box pulse bag filter is that there is no Venturi tube or blowing pipe at the upper end of the filter bag, but a pulse valve is used to directly blow compressed air into the clean air chamber to clean the filter bag. This not only reduces the resistance of spraying work, but also facilitates room by room testing and bag replacement.
The FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) type air box pulse bag filter combines the advantages of various bag filters such as chamber back blowing and jet pulse cleaning, overcoming the disadvantages of insufficient chamber back blowing cleaning intensity and simultaneous filtration of jet pulse cleaning. Therefore, the application scope of bag dust collectors has been expanded. Due to the unique structure of this type of dust collector, it improves efficiency and extends the service life of filter bags.
The FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) gas box pulse bag filter can be used as a dust collection equipment for crushers, dryers, coal mills, raw material mills, grate coolers, cement mills, packaging machines, and various warehouse roofs, as well as for other industries.
The FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) gas box pulse bag filter can be widely used in dust collection systems such as crushing, packaging, warehouse roofs, clinker cooling machines, and various grinding machines in cement plants. If used for coal mill dust collection, anti combustion and explosion-proof measures should be added, and the structure of the dust collector should also be changed accordingly. It is also suitable for dust collection of gases with extremely high dust concentration, such as grinding systems with O-Sep powder washing machines, where the gas dust concentration is up to 1000G/M3 or more. When using this series of dust collectors for dust collection, a cyclone dust collector can be omitted as the primary dust collector.
The FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) gas box pulse bag filter is not only used in the cement industry, but also suitable for dust collection of waste gases from metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, and civil boilers. The material of the filter bag of this series of dust collectors is generally polyester needle felt, and the allowable operating temperature is less than 120 ℃. If the filter bag is made of aramid needle punched felt, its allowable operating temperature can reach 210 ℃. But this type of filter material is expensive. If the temperature of the treated exhaust gas is higher than the allowable temperature of the filter material mentioned above, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
Working principle of FMQD (PPC, PPW) - III type air box pulse bag filter:
When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined partition in the middle of the air inlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and due to inertia, the coarse particles in the gas directly fall into the ash hopper, playing a role in pre dust collection. The airflow entering the ash hopper bends upward and passes through the filter bag with a metal age frame inside. The dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber. It is collected in the air outlet and discharged from the FMQD32 dust collector. The air inlet of the dust collector is set on the ash hopper. After entering the ash hopper, the airflow first collides with the baffle at the end of the air duct, and its function is the same as the above principle. The shell is divided into several independent dust collection chambers by partitions, and each dust collection chamber is cleaned alternately according to the given time interval. Each dust collection chamber is equipped with a lift valve. During dust cleaning, the lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered airflow passing through the chamber. Then, the pulse valve is opened to spray high-pressure air into the filter bag to remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each dust collection chamber are automatically and continuously controlled by a dedicated cleaning program controller.
