Gas pressure sensor core, pressure core

The pressure core of the gas pressure sensor, nPT124G-3103, is an oil filled OEM pressure sensitive component isolated by a stainless steel corrugated diaphragm. The measured pressure is transmitted to a silicon pressure-sensitive chip with a precision mechanical structure and Wheatstone bridge through an isolation diaphragm and injected silicone oil, achieving accurate conversion between the measured pressure and analog signals. Then, temperature compensation and nonlinear correction are performed through a customized integrated circuit, and pressure and temperature data in accordance with I2C, SPI, MODBUS 485 protocols are output. The digital output is normalized and has strong applicability.
