Product Details

The portable energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer from Germany's Spike SPECTROSCOUT can be called a mobile laboratory! Easy to carry and transport, integrated computer and touch screen, easy to use, can be connected to external computer systems, on-site testing, laboratory level analysis data, sturdy and durable, suitable for applications such as precious metal detection, environmental sample analysis, waste oil determination, and geological exploration. Laboratory level elemental analysis can also be quickly obtained for environmental and geological samples in remote areas.

The SPECTRSCOUT weighs 12 kilograms and can be carried with just one shoulder strap, but it can achieve as much analytical capability as top tier laboratory desktop analyzers in the field.

Although the SPECTROSCOUT is a small instrument, it is an important step for end-users. In this field, its accuracy and speed enable users to make faster decisions and improve efficiency. Nowadays, many laboratory measurements have become unnecessary

Overall, SPECTRSCOUT has the following characteristics:

Practical and sturdy portability: specifically designed for complex sample analysis, it is wrapped in a sturdy casing, providing excellent protection for the X-ray source. SPECTROSCOUT is lightweight (12 kilograms) and has a small volume (270 × 306 × 306 millimeters). Its features also include a large sample chamber, X-ray tube, onboard processor, and efficient battery pack. An optional integrated video system with image storage enables precise on-site testing.

Rapid and accurate analysis at all concentration levels: a range of related elements from heavy elements (such as uranium) to light elements (such as sodium), from trace to constant concentrations, can be measured with high precision even with rapid (usually 10-15 minutes) operation. SPECTROSCOUT also brings the advantages of laboratory level analytical instruments, such as Spike's advanced TURBOQUANT for unknown sample analysis and optional customer customized calibration.

Easy to operate: Press the button to start measuring. The touchscreen interface of SPECTROSCOUT allows viewing of all analysis results and measured spectra. The pre installed software package contains element analysis methods that can be applied to fields such as mining/exploration, precious metals, and environment. SPECTROSCOUT's unique iCAL calibration only requires one sample and can be standardized in just 5 minutes.

spectroIt is currently the largest atomic emission in the worlda spectrometerManufacturer. Since its establishment in 1979, it has not only inherited the tradition of high-quality optical instrument manufacturing in Germany, but also maintained a global position in emission spectroscopy technology with its unique advanced technology, stable and reliable quality, and thoughtful after-sales service. At present, various types of services have been provided to users around the worlda spectrometer.

Spike's products are widely used in various fields such as steel metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, energy and power, railway transportation, aerospace, food hygiene, environmental protection, and teaching and research.
