Scope of application:

The HBY-7000 embedded calorimeter is mainly used for measuring the calorific value of combustibles in heat detection mechanisms and coal standard analysis. Capable of automatically measuring in strict accordance with the relevant provisions and methods of the national standard GB/T213-2008. Therefore, this embedded calorimeter is widely used in various industries such as coal detection, cement raw materials, petroleum, chemical, wood, scientific research, and food.

Main features and functions

Fast test result speed: When working in fast mode, the single sample testing time is about 12 minutes.

Three testing modes: fast, normal, and accurate. Among them, the fast mode single sample testing time is about 12 minutes; The normal mode single sample testing time is about 15 minutes; The precision mode single sample testing time is about 20 minutes.

Large storage capacity: 1000 experimental results can be stored in the data processing unit. After each experiment, the results will be automatically stored in the data processing.

Voice function: It has operation voice prompts and automatically reports the results after the experiment is completed.

Multiple independent and flexible operation methods: can support touch operation, button operation, and mouse operation.

Curve tracking function: Throughout the experimental process, the curve tracks the temperature rise record and can view the temperature and time corresponding to any point in the curve. This feature is convenient for exploration or research.

Real time cooling correction with relaxed requirements for ambient temperature. The data of sulfur, hydrogen, and water can be supplemented and automatically converted into high and low calorific values after the experiment is completed, which is more in line with the conventional experimental process.
