4 The usual work process is divided into the following four steps:

  1. Simultaneously fill the test sample and standard sample with compressed gas at a predetermined pressure;
  2. Cut off the connection between the test sample, standard sample, and inflation gas source, while forming a closed chamber for each of the test sample and standard sample. Use a differential pressure sensor to sense the pressure difference between the test sample and standard sample;
  3. After a period of time, the differential pressure sensor (DPS) detects the internal pressure difference caused by leakage, thereby detecting the amount of workpiece leakage;
  4. Discharge the gases from the test samples, standard samples, and system pipelines into the atmosphere to complete a testing cycle.
