The functional requirements for a high-speed mixing granulator are as follows:
1. The mixing blade is used to dry mix the materials, followed by wet mixing after adding adhesive. The rotation speed of the stirring blade can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material and adhesive to ensure the generation of vortices and thorough mixing of the materials. At the same time, the intersection area of the grain knives fully breaks down the churning material into particles.
2.
