The HS-50 horizontal head anemometer is designed for scientific research applications that require precise three-dimensional wind speed and direction information.

This instrument adopts advanced ultrasonic measurement technology, with a unique horizontal head design and a unique geometric shape of the anemometer, which minimizes the impact on airflow and can more accurately measure vertical wind. The head has a built-in inclinometer for positioning the anemometer on the tower or mast. It is easy to connect PRT input and 6 analog inputs through a separate electronic unit.

HS-50 will monitor wind speeds ranging from 0 to 45m/s at a fast sampling rate of 50Hz. The instrument can be installed close to the ground or on top of crops or trees to accurately measure surface turbulence.
