working principle
The image measuring instrument is based on artificial intelligence technologies such as automatic edge extraction, automatic matching, automatic focusing, measurement synthesis, and image synthesis using machine vision. It has excellent functions such as automatic measurement of points, CNC positioning, automatic learning batch measurement, image map target guidance, and full field eagle eye enlargement. At the same time, based on machine vision and micro precision control, the autofocus process can meet the needs of auxiliary measurement in clear images, and can also be completed by adding touch point probes for coordinate measurement. Excellent software performance supporting spatial coordinate rotation, capable of batch measurement and SPC result classification when workpieces are placed randomly or fixtures are used.
Selection method
Many customers are troubled by how to choose the model and brand of image measuring instruments, and their biggest concern is actually the quality and after-sales service of the image measuring instruments. Most of the software functions developed are similar, so customers don't have to worry and just choose a product that can meet the measurement needs. Choose whether to use automatic or manual mode according to your needs. Manual mode is relatively cheaper, while fully automatic mode is about twice as expensive as manual mode.
The most important thing when choosing an image measuring instrument is whether the image is clear and whether the accuracy meets the standard (the general accuracy selection standard is 1/3~1/8 of the full range of the tolerance zone). The captured images are transmitted to the data acquisition card of the computer through a data cable, and then imaged by software on the computer monitor.
