Product Details

Organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as heat transfer oil furnace, with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics. Its heating temperature can reach 340 ℃ in liquid phase or 400 ℃ in vapor phase. Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production scenarios where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not allowed, with heating temperatures ranging from 150 ℃ to 380 ℃. Organic heat carrier furnaces generally use coal, oil, and steam as fuels, heat transfer oil as the medium, and use hot oil circulation oil pumps to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. The heat energy is transported to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. It has the ability to achieve high working temperature at low pressure and high-precision control of the medium operation. The system has a high heat utilization rate and is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal preferred heating equipment that is safe, efficient, and energy-saving.

Performance advantages:

1. Easy to install, as long as the upper body and lower furnace are closed, the installation cycle is short.

2. The furnace adopts double packed coil pipes, with sufficient arrangement of heating surfaces to reduce the surface heat load of the pipes, making the use of heat transfer oil safer.

3. The medium flow is reasonable, and the heat transfer oil goes from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system.

4. The furnace arch design is reasonable, and the flue gas stays in the furnace for a long time, resulting in more complete combustion.

5. Turn to the smoke chamber and arrange the heating surface to prevent the partition wall from being directly washed away by high-temperature smoke, effectively preventing the smoke wall from falling off.
