Due to the superior reflectivity of infrared radiation, it can be reflected everywhere in space, so the dried object can always come into contact with the radiation of infrared radiation; The permeability of infrared radiation effectively penetrates into the interior of the paint layer, allowing for gradual drying from the inner layer to the outer layer. The resonance performance effectively generates resonance and friction with the molecules of the baked object, effectively increasing the drying temperature and process temperature, thus achieving the goal of rapid drying. Ordinary infrared electric heating tubes or plates use metal heating elements as heating carriers, with an electric thermal conversion efficiency of about 70% and an electric thermal radiation conversion efficiency of about 40%. The infrared wavelength radiation intensity is relatively low. However, most of the metal heating elements of ordinary infrared electric heating tubes or electric heating plates are exposed to the air. With long-term use, the metal heating elements begin to slowly oxidize, causing an increase in resistance and power attenuation, resulting in longer room temperature rise time and poorer baking paint effect.
