Real time inspection of global production capacity for products
Injection molding is carried out in a sterile room located in Dongguan, China (compliant with ISO 14644-1 ISO-8 standards)
As a global market participant, our thinking and actions are naturally oriented towards internationalization. We have production facilities in Przemde (Germany), Holsovskityn (Czech Republic), Skopje (North Macedonia), Peachtree City (United States), Indayatuba (Brazil), and Dongguan City (China) for global customers to use. We have a production area of 120000 square meters (1300000 square feet), of which approximately 60000 square meters (670000 square feet) of sterile room area meets ISO 14644-1 ISO 7, 8, 9 and GMP C, D standards. In this area, we also have more than 350 injection molding machines, and we are one of the companies in the industry.

3. Provide the best shell design for your instant detection products
At the start of development, we will select the ideal plastic material for testing to ensure the flexibility of PCR testing. Our rapid testing experts have developed a customer friendly shell design that is easy to operate and understand. The best connection technology (locking, bonding or welding) and the optimal functional support of the membrane structure (pressure points) have perfected the development of a user-friendly and secure instant detection product.

4. Microstructure mold components for PCR testing
Our experience in diagnosing clients includes not only micro components, but also microstructured plastic mold components used in microfluidic testing systems. The prerequisite for high-quality microstructure mold components used for PCR testing is extremely precise molds. For example, in order to ensure that the component tolerance should be less than 30 microns, the assumed mold tolerance should be less than 10 microns. Therefore, in our mold manufacturing department, we used machines specifically designed for this task. The removal of plastic parts after injection molding requires great care to avoid damaging small channels.
5. Quick testing for small-scale production
Our Technical Capability Centers (TCC) in Wacksdorf, Germany and Peach Tree City, USA provide you with our own production systems (injection molding machines, assembly systems for specific projects such as automatic connection systems, bonding equipment, or ultrasonic welding systems), which can quickly and easily produce clinical samples for small batches, development samples, or instant testing products at any stage of the project. TCC has a sterile room that complies with ISO 14644-1 ISO levels 7 and 8, as well as GMP levels C and D, where the entire value creation chain can be replicated.
6. Production steps for specific products used for PCR testing
In addition to the development, injection molding, and assembly of instant detection product boxes made of plastic, we also provide customers with specific product manufacturing steps, such as filling the diluent required for testing, or loading test strips into plastic boxes under the climate, temperature, and humidity conditions we have designed for this purpose. Even in the logistics process, we will use special vehicles for subsequent transportation according to the specific requirements of the product. Due to the high sensitivity of instant detection products to pollutants, we provide our customers with sterile rooms that comply with ISO 14644-1 ISO Level 8 standards for the entire production and assembly process, as well as sealed with aluminum bags before transportation to provide maximum protection.
