The ASCM5E series intelligent molded case circuit breaker adopts a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor, which can perform real-time signal processing and intelligent control. In addition, the product supports four remote functions: remote signaling, telemetry, remote control, and remote adjustment, greatly facilitating remote management and maintenance.

Overvoltage protection functionWhen the phase voltage of the line is higher than the overvoltage protection setting value, the circuit breaker protection trips.
After the line voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker can automatically close and put into operation. The setting value range of overvoltage protection is 250V-320V, and the factory setting is 276V. Users can set or turn off the protection themselves.
Undervoltage protection functionWhen the phase voltage of the line is lower than the undervoltage protection setting value, the circuit breaker protection trips.
After the line voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker can automatically close and put into operation. The setting value range of undervoltage protection is 101V~200V, and the factory setting is 172V. Users can set or turn off the protection themselves.
Phase loss protection functionWhen there is a phase loss at the power supply end of the line, the circuit breaker protection trips.
When the line returns to normal voltage, it can be automatically closed and put into operation. The setting value range of phase loss protection is 10V-100V, and the factory setting is 30V. Users can set or turn off the protection themselves.
Linkage protection functionWhen local remote control is required (such as when the switch is in the distribution cabinet and remote button control is needed on the cabinet door), the external terminal of the switch can be used for linkage protection control. Users can turn on and off this function by themselves in the function selection menu.
Zero protection functionWhen the neutral wire is disconnected at the power supply end of the line, the circuit breaker protection trips. After the line returns to normal voltage, it can automatically close and operate. Zero protection requires the circuit breaker to have a load on the outgoing line. The zero protection function is set to off by default at the factory.
Power off tripping and power on closing function: When there is a power outage at the power supply end of the line, the circuit breaker power-off protection trips; When the line voltage returns to normal, the circuit breaker automatically closes; The default shutdown for power outage tripping and power on closing is factory default shutdown.
Terminal and contact temperature protection functionTerminal and contact over temperature protection setting range: 50? ~120? Adjustable, factory default 120?; High temperature action delay time: adjustable from 1s to 999s, default is 5s; function is enabled by default.
