It is mainly used for filling, capping, and sealing 10ml (20ml) tear off caps (or aluminum-plastic composite caps) straight tube oral liquid bottles. Using a mesh belt for bottle feeding, the bottle feeding is smooth and reliable, with full gear transmission for smooth operation. The twelve head tracking filling of the all metal plunger pump is not easy to produce foam. The cam controlled eccentric distance filling is convenient for adjustment and stable for measurement. The turntable has a primary transition, so the liquid medicine will not splash when running at high speed. The electromagnetic vibration is used to deliver the cover, and the coverage rate is high. The twelve head planetary capping and flexible rolling make the sealing beautiful and tight. And it is easy to adjust and has stable performance.
