Detailed introduction of mobile clean sampling vehicle:

1. The clean sampling vehicle is designed and manufactured according to GMP standards, with a cleanliness level of 100-10000. It is suitable for sampling pharmaceutical preparations (excluding sterile preparations) or raw and auxiliary materials in clean rooms and non clean rooms.

2. The centrifugal fan and other main components used in this sampling vehicle comply with relevant national requirements.

3. The product material can be selected from multi-layer pickling and electrostatic spraying of all stainless steel plate or cold rolled steel plate.
2、 Usage process:

1. Move the sampling vehicle to the location where sampling is required, fix the sampling vehicle, and turn on the power.

2. Turn on the power and fan switch, and the fan will start working.

3. First, run the sampling vehicle for 15 minutes for self-cleaning before placing it inside the sampling vehicle.

4. After the sampling is completed, turn off the fan and power, and move the sampling vehicle to its original location.
Attention: Regularly measure the wind speed in the work area with an anemometer according to usage. If it does not meet the relevant technical requirements, adjust the fan air volume and replace the high-efficiency or coarse efficiency air filter if necessary to prevent affecting the cleanliness requirements for color samples.

3、 Clean sampling vehicle configuration:
1. Equipped with aluminum frame and no partition high-efficiency filter, the filtration efficiency is: 99.99@0.3um Ensure purification level with coarse filter.

2. The two sides of the workspace can be equipped with steel plate baffles or window glass options, and the entrance is equipped with strip-shaped anti-static and dustproof curtains.

3. Install a dedicated fan with high air volume and low noise to ensure that the surface wind speed is greater than 0.45m/s.

4. Optional imported differential pressure gauge can be equipped to clearly indicate the pressure difference on both sides of the high-efficiency filter, and remind the operator to replace the high-efficiency filter in a timely manner to maintain the cleanliness of the sampling vehicle at the required level for sampling.

5. Adjustable wind speed design system with stable speed regulation performance, ensuring constant air flow even under the final resistance of high-efficiency filters;

6. Equipped with universal wheels and feet, it is easy to move and move during sampling, and the positioning and placement are stable and safe;
