Overview
The jacketed glass reactor RS2-20L is equipped with an electric constant speed stirring system, condensation, and dropwise addition system. The interlayer of the reactor body requires external heating or cooling circulation equipment. While stirring the materials, inject circulating hot solution or coolant through the interlayer to heat or cool the materials inside the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material undergoes a heating reaction, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (by connecting a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid through a glass condenser coil (by connecting a cooling device), which can be refluxed into the kettle or recovered through the lower valve of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is complete, the material can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle.
