3、 Usage:

1. Connect the power and the monitor will display 000. If there is too much deviation from zero, use a screwdriver to fine tune the "zero adjustment" button (on the back panel) to around 000.

2. Open the test window door, place the sample in the center position of the sample tray, and close the test window door. Press the start button, and the linear motor will automatically apply force. When it comes into contact with the sample, the display will output real-time data. When the sample is broken, the buzzer will beep briefly as a prompt, and the maximum force (intensity value) will be locked. At the same time, the linear motor will run in reverse until it stops in the reset state.

3. When continuing the experiment, remove any residue from the sample, press the reset button, and repeat the above steps.

When the sample strength is too high and the displayed value exceeds 1000N (the alarm value is set at around 1030N when it leaves the factory), the instrument buzzer will sound, and the red LED on the reset button will light up, indicating an over range alarm. The linear motor will automatically run in reverse until it is reset

At this time, the display is locked to an invalid value.

4、 Attention:

1. A power socket with a good grounding wire must be provided.

2. It is prohibited to work with the test window open to avoid injury caused by splashing of broken samples.

When the particle strength display is greater than 1000N, the reset button can be manually pressed without waiting for the instrument to automatically reset.

4. If the instrument malfunctions, please do not disassemble it at will. It should be returned to the factory for repair.
