Purpose:

The LLL series coal centrifugal dewatering machine is suitable for dewatering coarse coal slurry with particle size above 0.15mm in coal preparation production.

Main features

The spiral scraper adopts an integral structure, overcoming the defects of complex manufacturing and difficult maintenance of prefabricated scrapers;

A sieve basket flushing device has been installed to flush the accumulated coal inside during shutdown, ensuring effective dewatering of the sieve basket;

The differential adopts a combination structure, which is easy to install and maintain;

Multiple observation holes are provided for easy observation of the working condition of key components such as screen flanges and gears;

The transmission gear is made of 20CrMnTi material, with an accuracy of over level 7;

Adopting an independent lubrication system to monitor the oil supply status in real time and ensure sufficient lubrication;

The product has low moisture content, large processing capacity, small footprint, low noise, and minimal vibration.
