Working principle of sanitary ball valve

A precisely manufactured sphere with a through cavity is placed between two flanges and two PTFE valve seats inside the valve body. A valve shaft core can act on the sphere by rotating 90 degrees, thus enabling the valve to be opened or closed.

At the same time, a valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the valve chamber of the ball valve and discharge it through the drain hole.
