The electric threaded ball valve adopts an integrated structure and is matched with the LQ electric actuator. It can operate by inputting (4-20mA. DC, 0-10V. DC or 1-5V) signals or single-phase power supply. It has the characteristics of strong functionality, small size, lightweight and pleasant, reliable performance, simple matching, and large circulation capacity. At present, this valve is widely used in industrial automation control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, chemical, teaching and research equipment, and power.

Performance characteristics:

Electric threaded ball valves and welded joint ball valves are divided into integral (one-piece), two-stage, and three-stage types. The valve body casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to operate pneumatically. The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with sealing, which will not be washed away when the valve chamber is abnormally heated. Two piece and three piece ball valves can also be connected by welding (BW) and socket welding (sW), and both can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platforms and locking devices.
