Precautions during the operation of the granulator
1. Always pay attention to changes in the body temperature, and when touching the strip with clean hands without touching them, immediately raise the temperature. Until the strip touches the hand, it is normal.
2. When the bearing part of the reducer burns or is accompanied by noise, it should be stopped for timely maintenance and refilled with oil.
3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the host bearing chamber become hot or make noise, the machine should be stopped for maintenance and butter should be added. During normal operation, the bearing chamber operates every 5-6 days
Add butter once.
4. Pay attention to understanding the operating rules of the machine; For example, the temperature and speed of the machine can be dealt with in a timely manner according to the situation.
5. When the operation of the aircraft is unstable, attention should be paid to checking whether the clearance between the couplings is too tight and adjusting it in a timely manner.
