The LUM ultrafine vertical mill is a large-scale, high-precision vertical mill developed by our company based on advanced domestic and foreign technologies and the LM vertical mill, suitable for large-scale production of non-metallic mineral ultrafine processing.

02The LUM vertical mill adopts a combination of dynamic and static classifiers, and the product fineness can be adjusted between 325 mesh and 2500 mesh (5 μ m-40 μ m), with a maximum output of 20t/h. It can be widely used for ultrafine grinding processing of non-metallic mineral products such as limestone, calcite, marble, heavy calcium, kaolin, barite, bentonite, and pyrophyllite. It is an efficient, high-yield, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving ultrafine powder processing equipment./

  • Advantages and Highlights

    Multi head powder selection, no need for secondary air selection and grading, more energy-efficient and economical

  • We have adopted a PLC control system and multi head powder selection technology in this machine, which completely solves the two major problems of "high-precision and accurate cutting of powder particle size and rapid switching between different production needs". Users can accurately control equipment working parameters such as grinding pressure and speed. Compared with ordinary mills, this machine reduces energy consumption by 30% -50%.
