After the device is powered on, the water pump pumps the water from the water tank into the heating cylinder of the steam generator. The water level rises with the water supplied by the water pump. When it exceeds the low liquid level, the power supply of the electric heating tube automatically turns on, and heating begins; At this time, when the water pump continues to supply water to the high water level, the water pump automatically stops supplying water. At the same time, the electric heating tube continuously heats up, and the water temperature inside the heating cylinder keeps rising until steam at the required working pressure is generated. At this point, the exhaust valve can be opened to supply steam. During the steam supply process, the steam pressure may continue to rise. When the pressure reaches 0.4Mpa, the pressure controller will activate and automatically disconnect the power supply of the heating tube to stop heating. Due to the cessation of heating, the steam pressure inside the cylinder gradually decreases. When the steam pressure drops to about 0.3 Mpa, the power supply of the electric heating tube is reconnected, and the steam pressure rises again, thus continuously obtaining a steam source.
