According to customer requirements, the washing tank can be retrofitted with ultrasonic oscillators or fully automated. Save customer laboratory space without affecting the overall layout of the laboratory.

Optional renovation functions:

1. 304/316 stainless steel material sink, acid and alkali resistant, with a beautiful and elegant appearance.

2. Install ultrasonic transducers of various frequencies and powers. The ultrasonic generator adopts high-power IGBT tubes imported from Germany, ensuring the stability of the circuit and stronger ultrasonic excitation, greatly improving the washing effect of the entire ultrasonic cleaning machine. Multiple protection devices are installed inside the aircraft, including measures for overheating, overvoltage, overcurrent, surge, etc. Using imported high-quality transducers, the ultrasonic output is strong and powerful. Using German imported adhesive and unique bonding technology, the transducer ensures long-term operation at 100 ℃ water temperature and durability.

3. The cleaning process is privately customized, and the program settings are simple and easy to learn.

4. Automatically add washing solution, measure and add according to the settings.

5. Automatic temperature control heating, temperature control range: room temperature -100 degrees.

6. Automatically discharge washing waste liquid.

7. Automatic detergent cleaning and tap water rinsing.

8. Automatic heating and drying.

9. Recycling and reusing washing solution to reduce usage costs.
