Overview
The SGGSZ-4/8 large infusion bottle filling production line is composed of a bottle supply machine, a drum type bottle washing machine, a sterilization dryer, a filling and capping machine, and a disc positioning rotary (rolling) capping machine. It can complete ultrasonic, water, and gas cleaning, drying or sterilization (sterilization cabinet or tunnel drying box can be used), filling, capping, and other processes. It is mainly used for the production of large infusion and other low-dose solutions in a connected line, and can be equipped with a labeling machine to form an ideal production line.

It can complete processes such as ultrasonic, water, and gas cleaning, drying, or sterilization (sterilization cabinets or tunnel ovens can be used), filling, capping, and capping. It is mainly used for the production of large infusion solutions and other low-dose solutions, and can be paired with a labeling machine to form an ideal production line.
This production line is designed reasonably, easy to operate, easy to maintain, and meets the requirements of the new version of GMP.
Features:
1. The exterior material is 304 stainless steel, which complies with GMP standards. Suitable for multi specification production, the filling part is made of 316L stainless steel.
2. Stable operation, low noise, and precise filling.
