Overview

The large particle aerosol generator 8108 is mainly used for filtration testing and can generate high concentration aerosols in a wide particle size range of 0.1 to 10 μ m. It produces potassium chloride (KCl) or other aerosols and meets the requirements of established ISO 11155-1 and ASHRAE 52.2 test codes, as well as the proposed ISO 16890 Part 2 code. Specially designed for easy cleaning, providing accurate and reproducible results. This aerosol generator is particularly suitable for testing the separation efficiency of in car air filters and common ventilation filters.
