Leehom ZN vacuum depressurization concentration tankThe main components include a concentration tank, a condensation tank, a gas-liquid separator, a cooler, and a liquid receiving tank. The concentration tank is a jacket structure, the condenser is a tubular structure, and the cooler is a coil structure. This equipment is suitable for the concentration of feed liquids in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, and can be used for alcohol recovery and simple reflux extraction. The contact parts between the equipment and materials are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and complies with GMP pharmaceutical standards.
structural characteristics
① To prevent material contamination, all parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
② To improve the effectiveness of gas-liquid separation and capture of mist, the ZN type adds an air filter layer at the top of the concentration tank. The ZN-C type is an elongated cylinder separation section.
③ To overcome the disadvantage of the secondary steam at the top of the concentration tank being condensed before entering the condenser and returning to the tank. This equipment will change the condenser to an inclined horizontal position.
④ To improve the production capacity of the equipment, the heating area of the concentration tank jacket, as well as the areas of the condenser and cooler, have been increased to varying degrees.
⑤ To prevent blind spots in the outlet pipe of the concentration tank, the bottom of the concentration tank is changed to a conical bottom, with a stainless steel spherical cock installed directly at the bottom of the tank for easy drainage of the concentrated liquid.
⑥ A quick opening hand hole is set at the bottom of the concentration tank to clean the residual liquid and residue inside the tank.
⑦ The ZN-C type divides the heating jacket into two or three sections. When the liquid level drops, the upper section is closed to prevent dry wall coking and also saves steam.
