Liu's StainKit staining solution

Liu's staining method is a method of staining animal cells for observation under an optical microscope, which is an improvement of the Rui's staining method（Romanowsky Stain）. Compared to other staining methods, the advantage of Liu's staining method is that it is very fast, and the staining process only requires2~3minute. The Liu staining method is commonly used for staining blood cell smears. In addition, this method is also commonly used for staining bone marrow, simple staining of pathological tissue sections, and bacteriological staining.

Liu's staining solution is divided intoAandBTwo parts.AThe dye containsEosin YIt can dye the cytoplasm and hemoglobin red;BThe dye containsAzur IMethylene blue can interact with the nucleus and basophilic granules of white blood cells, staining them blue purple.
