1、 Working principle: Operating procedures for bag filter
The dust collector is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, an inlet air equalizing pipe, a bracket, a filter bag and a blowing device, an ash unloading device, etc. The dusty air enters the ash hoppers of each compartment from the inlet air equalizing pipe of the dust collector, and under the guidance of the ash hopper guide device, the large particle dust is separated and directly falls into the dust, while the finer dust uniformly enters the middle box and adsorbs on the outer surface of the filter bag. The clean air enters the upper box and is discharged into the atmosphere through various offline valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtering condition progresses, the dust on the filter bag accumulates more and more. When the equipment resistance reaches the limit resistance value (generally set at 1500Pa) At that time, the dust cleaning device automatically closes the offline valve of one room according to the differential pressure setting value. Then, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened according to the set program to stop air blowing. Compressed air is used to instantly blow the pressure distance inside the filter bag, shaking off the dust on the filter bag (even if fine dust is stuck, it can be called thorough dust cleaning) and discharging it into the ash hopper through the ash discharge mechanism.
2、 Main structure and characteristics of dust collector, installation of bag filter
1. Equipped with advanced thin plate type lifting valve, offline three state ash cleaning mechanism, advanced technology, reliable operation, and thorough ash cleaning.
2. The reasonable design of the air inlet uniform flow pipe and ash hopper diversion technology has solved the problems of poor feeding and uneven airflow in each compartment that are commonly encountered in general bag filters.
3. A special large storage gas bag has been designed, which can be used for both high-pressure (G-type) gas sources provided by users and low-pressure (D-type) gas sources.
4. The upper end of the filter bag adopts a spring expansion ring type, which not only has good sealing performance, but also is quick and easy to replace the bag during maintenance, achieving external bag replacement.
5. There are various structural types (octagonal, circular, etc.) that can be selected according to different working conditions in the structural design of the bag cage. There are strict requirements for the manufacturing of the bag cage. Our company's bag cage is processed on an automatic production line that introduces foreign technology cooperation, and its various indicators are about 50% higher than industry standards.
6. The standard length of the bag cage is 6m. If the user's space is limited, it can be increased by 1-2m as needed. Therefore, when dealing with the same air volume, this equipment has a smaller footprint compared to other anti blowing dust collectors and conventional pulse dust collectors, which can save 30-50% and reduce equipment weight by about 40%.
7. The electromagnetic pulse valve adopts imported parts, and the service life of its vulnerable part diaphragm is over 1 million times.
8. The dust collector can be controlled using advanced programmable controllers, which have three control modes: differential pressure, timing, and manual control. The offline valve, pulse valve, and ash discharge valve of the dust collector can be programmed and controlled by the system.
