1、 Technical advantages of low-temperature plasma exhaust gas purification device:
1. Dielectric barrier discharge generates high electron energy and high low-temperature plasma density, which can reach 1500 times that of commonly used plasma technology (corona discharge), and can almost shatter the molecular chains of all organic waste gases.
2. The technical response speed is fast, and the flow rate of gas passing through the reaction zone can reach 3-15 meters per second, which can also achieve good treatment effects.
3. The automation level is high, and the equipment starts and stops very quickly, and can be turned on as needed. For some collection points that do not continuously generate exhaust gas, it can be started and stopped cyclically to save costs.
II Product characteristics of low-temperature plasma exhaust gas purification device
1. High purification efficiency and stable performance.
2. Equipment with low wind resistance ≤ 300Pa, no need to add ventilation equipment, low investment
3. Low operating costs and low power consumption.
4. Easy maintenance and low cost, with a maintenance and cleaning period of every 90 days of use.
5. Safe and reliable, the equipment adopts an open discharge form, without enclosed high-pressure and high-temperature areas.
6. No need for activated carbon materials, no saturated desorption regeneration materials, and no secondary pollution.
7. Long service life, easy installation, and fully automated operation process.
8. Processing air volume of 5000-50000m3/h or above (can be customized according to customer's actual size requirements)
3、 Scope of application of low-temperature plasma exhaust gas purification device
Mainly used in various fields such as chemical industry, papermaking, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, tire and rubber production plants, automobile production, paint spraying, sewage treatment, sludge and waste gas treatment, waste gas treatment, leather industry, printing factory, spice production industry, feed and animal husbandry, pesticide production, and tobacco industry for odor and foul odor treatment.
There are over 900 types of gas substances involved, mainly including hydrogen sulfide, ammonia nitrogen, thiols, thioethers, indoles, benzenes, nitro groups, hydrocarbons, and aldehydes.
