Overview of grease reaction kettle and lubricating oil reaction kettle
Lubricating grease is a thick, oily semi-solid used in the friction parts of machinery to lubricate and seal. It is also used on metal surfaces to fill gaps and prevent rust. Lubricating grease is mainly composed of mineral oil (or synthetic lubricating oil) and thickening agents. Lubricating grease is mainly composed of three parts: thickening agent, base oil, and additives. The thickening agent content in general lubricating grease is about 10% -20%, the base oil content is about 75% -90%, and the content of additives and fillers is below 5%. The production process of lubricating grease mainly includes raw material processing, saponification reaction, heating dehydration, high-temperature refining, rapid cooling mixing, shearing, grinding homogenization, degassing, and packaging. Therefore, the main equipment includes blending kettle, saponification kettle, degassing kettle, measuring tank, homogenizer, etc. Lubricating oil is a liquid or semi-solid lubricant used in various types of automobiles and mechanical equipment to reduce friction, protect machinery and processed parts, mainly for lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing, and buffering purposes. Lubricating oil generally consists of two parts: base oil and additives. Base oil is the main component of lubricating oil, which determines the basic properties of lubricating oil. Additives can make up for and improve the shortcomings in the performance of base oil, endow certain new properties, and are an important component of lubricating oil. Lubricating grease is in solid or semi fluid form and has a higher viscosity than lubricating oil. The production process of lubricating oil and grease is basically the same, but due to differences in viscosity and composition, the reaction conditions are slightly different. We have developed and designed a specialized reaction vessel for lubricants and lubricating oils based on their production processes and material characteristics, including a blending vessel, saponification vessel, degassing vessel, and metering tank. The specific characteristics of each reactor will be introduced separately in each product.
2、 Characteristics of grease reaction kettle and lubricating oil reaction kettle
Lubricating grease reaction kettle and lubricating oil reaction kettle are complete sets of equipment, not single devices. The complete set of equipment includes reaction vessels such as blending kettle, saponification kettle, degassing kettle, and measuring tank, as well as pipe fittings and valve control system. Each reaction kettle is designed and developed for different process conditions, which can effectively adapt to the temperature, pressure, and other conditions of each reaction. Lubricating grease reaction vessels and lubricating oil reaction vessels have heating and heating functions, cooling functions, constant temperature functions, and metering functions.
