M1 series digital pressure gauge/calibrator

Meriam Process Technologies' handheld pressure gauge M1 series combines models, accessories, and features to provide accurate pressure measurements for use in the field, factory, and laboratory. If it is only for reference and cost-effective, choose the low-cost M100 digital pressure gauge with an accuracy of+/-0.25% FS. Or if you want more accurate measurements and require better accuracy, choose the M101 calibrator. In M101, the accuracy is ± 0.10% FS, while in higher priced instruments, additional features will be added. We can provide differential pressure, measurement standards, and absolute pressure versions for two models.

Advantages of M1 series

Inch water column at 20 ℃, millimeter water column at 20 ℃, millimeter mercury column at 0 ℃, inch mercury column at 0 ℃, kPa, mbar, bar, PSI and user selection.

Media compatibility:

Non insulated sensors for clean, dry, and non corrosive gases.

Pressure limit

(DN) components - only 3 times F.S or 200 PSI on the high side, whichever is lower.

(GN or AN) component - F.S3 multiple range or 200 PSI, whichever is lower.

Accuracy-

There is no temperature effect within the entire operating range of 14F °~122 ℉ (-10 ℃~+50 ℃).

Minimum/Maximum (M101 only)

Display the minimum and maximum pressure

Reserved (M101 only)

The pressure measurement on the monitor has stopped, but the pressure gauge is still valid.

Average value (only M101)

Display the continuous filtered average of pressure measurement values.

Display the internal ambient temperature of M1 in ℃ or ℉.

Record mode:

M1 can store up to 240 pressure measurements.

Automatic - Automatically saves current values every 55 minutes, up to a maximum of 20 minutes.

Manual - Pressing the device can save the current value at any time, up to 240 times.

Backlight

Users can activate the green backlight by pressing the backlight button. Automatically activate the red background light when an error occurs/exceeds the range.

Automatic shutdown

In order to extend the battery life, M1 will automatically turn off the power when the keyboard is not pressed for up to 20 minutes.

On site recalibration

M1 can calibrate zero and range on site.

Low battery indicator

Display the BAT icon when battery replacement is required. When the battery is low, it can still operate for about two hours.
