M2 seriesIntelligent pressure gauge

The Meriam M2 series intelligent pressure gauge enables users of handheld digital pressure gauges to obtain high-precision measurement values. M2 meets the full range traceability accuracy of ± 0.025% required by the American Institute of Standards and Technology, is not affected by temperature, and has the lowest price. The pressure range from 3kPa to 200bar is available for selection.
The M2 pressure sensor can be used to measure gauge pressure (GL), composite pressure (Cl), differential pressure (DI/DN), absolute (Al), or vacuum pressure. This monitor can display eleven pressure units and also provide linear scale display for special user units. The differential pressure mode also provides the square root function of the flow function to display the flow rate in user-defined units.
Adjustable damping characteristics minimize the impact of pulsating voltage. The Min/Max function can capture extreme pulsation values, and the Hold function can hold the display interface at any target information point. Automatically record up to 240 readings of files for future reference.

Pressure limit
When only applying pressure to the high-pressure side of the differential pressure unit, the measuring instrument and absolute pressure unit have twice the range; When pressure is applied to both sides of the sensor simultaneously, the static pressure is 10 bar (10.5 Kg/cm2).
leak test
Allow users to view the minimum/maximum pressure values and calculate the leakage rate of the pressure unit per minute. This feature makes the troubleshooting and pressure testing of the pneumatic system very convenient.
automatic recording
Record up to 240 readings (automatic or manual) to reduce paperwork and save on-site time. The saved readings can be accessed at any time.
Damping rate
The user can choose a time constant range of 0.1 to 25 seconds, with exponential decay
Minimum/maximum capture
The capture speed is equal to the selected damping rate.
On site recalibration
M2 series zeroing, range, and linearity can be recalibrated on site. Users can choose between a 1-point or 5-point calibration program. Enable users to calibrate their equipment on-site with precise reference objects.
Automatic shutdown
User shutdown option. Program for 10, 20, 30, 45, and 60 minutes.

M200-DI Liquid/Wet Differential Pressure Application
The Meriam M200-DI handheld intelligent pressure gauge is capable of high-precision measurement of liquid/wet pressure differentials. M200-DI can also be applied to potentially corrosive/humid gases. The intrinsic safety mode achieves a traceable accuracy of ± 0.05% FS (± 0.025% FS optional) from the American Institute of Standards and Technology, and is not affected by temperature within the range of -5 ° C to 50 ° C. The precision meter is suitable for universal mode between -20 ° C and 50 ° C.
