M200-DI Wet/Wet Differential Pressure Intelligent Pressure Gauge

The Meriam M200-DI handheld intelligent pressure gauge is capable of high-precision measurement of liquid/wet pressure differentials. M200-DI can also be applied to potentially corrosive/humid gases. The wet parts are made of 316L stainless steel with fluororubber O-rings (please consult the factory for other materials). The intrinsic safety mode achieves a traceable accuracy of ± 0.05% FS (± 0.025% FS optional) from the American Institute of Standards and Technology, and is not affected by temperature within the range of 23 ° to 122 ° F. The precision table is suitable for general mode at -4 ° to 122 ° F.

The pressure range is from 0-1 PSID to 0-500 PSID. All ranges are rated at 1000 PSI common mode pressure. The rated overpressure on the high side is 3X F.S, while the rated overpressure on the low side is 3X F.S or 150 PSI (whichever is lower). Optional flushing port (to be determined), allowing solvent to clean out P1 and P2 ports or can be used to discharge gas from liquid application connecting pipes.

This monitor can display eleven pressure units and also provide linear scale display for special user units. The square root function of traffic allows M200-DI to display traffic in user-defined engineering units. User selectable damping characteristics can minimize the impact of pulsation. The Min/Max function can capture extreme pulsation values, and the Hold function can hold the display interface at any target information point. Automatically record up to 240 readings of files for future reference.

The user can choose a time constant range of 0.1 to 25 seconds, with exponential decay

On site recalibration

M200-DI series zeroing, range, and linearity can be recalibrated on site. Users can choose between a 1-point or 5-point calibration program. Enable users to calibrate their equipment on-site with precise reference objects.

Automatic shutdown

User shutdown option. Program for 10, 20, 30, 45, and 60 minutes.
