M201 Rotary Gas Meter Tester

The M201 rotary gas meter detector is specifically programmed to measure differential pressure and display the true average of these measurements. Users can control the measurement average time. This feature solves the problems of traffic surge and pulsation.

The M201 rotary gas meter detector has an accuracy of 0.1% FS (28 "water column range) or 0.05% FS (200" water column range). Compared with mechanical instruments or pressure gauges, it has better accuracy in low pressure drop range. The M201 rotary gas meter tester is very suitable for on-site use, and its accuracy is not affected by temperature within the calibrated range of 23 ℉ to 122 ℉. The temperature effect can cause serious accuracy errors in mechanical instruments, liquid pressure gauges, and some digital counters.

Digital display can eliminate parallax, and based on the instrument range, the resolution can reach 0.01 or 0.001 "water column. The minimum/maximum function allows users to see the maximum and minimum recorded pressures during testing. The instrument is portable and can be used to read manifolds as a whole. The M201 rotary gas meter tester can be safely used on pipelines with static pressures up to 150 PSIG.

On site recalibration

M201 series zeroing, range and linearity can be recalibrated on site. Users can choose between a 1-point or 5-point calibration program. Enable users to calibrate their equipment on-site with precise reference objects.

Pressure limit

When only applying pressure to the high-pressure side of the differential pressure unit, it is twice the range; When pressure is applied to both sides of the sensor simultaneously, the static pressure is 150 PSI (10.5 Kg/cm2).

During the connection of the pressure gauge, push the reading valve to keep the high and low sides equal. Open M201 "ON" to obtain information "Press Hold to collect data. ”Press the "HOLD" key to start the test. The user confirms the testing time and presses the "HOLD" button again to end the test. The display screen will show the average pressure difference across the pressure gauge from the start to the end of the test. Press the "HOLD" button again to start a new test.
