MFT 4010

MFT 4010 is a calibrator and HART that can truly reduce on-site calibration time ® Breakthrough combination of communicators. The MFT 4010 series integrates the multifunctional calibrator and HART in a handheld device ® The convenience of communication devices. Users can view up to four measurement data simultaneously on a high-resolution LCD display or use HART ® Compare the PV and AO values with the corresponding values measured by NIST traceable MFT. Calibration results and HART ® Configure records as standard records

The available modules include differential pressure, gauge pressure, vacuum pressure and absolute pressure, as well as temperature and voltage/current. Integrate a voltage and current meter into the basic unit. All HART field devices can be accessed through the use of HART ® Configure, inquire, and adjust the communicator. The Device Specific command sent to supporting devices is included in MFT

Model and Description

MFT 4000 calibrator - a basic unit used for calibration work with selected NIST traceable sensor modules and overall voltage/ammeter. Contains documents.

Contains module and all Device Specific HART ® The MFT 4010 calibrator Quick Cal, the basic unit of communication, will be used for HART calibration ® The NIST traceable measurement results of PV and AO are displayed together with MFT. Users can identify the required adjustments (plural) and use the fine-tuning function (S) from the same display. Smart Trim allows for the selection of analog or digital fine-tuning functions without the need to navigate through a menu tree. Contains documents.

Recording - The recording memory can store up to 200 HART devices ® Configuration files and over 100 calibration results (discovered and legacy data [each with up to 21 key points], time/date information labels). Communicate with PC through DB-9 connector.

2.3 inches long x 1.3 inches wide x 2.6 inches deep, weighing 8.3 ounces or less. Pull the latch to close the lock and press the locking device to open the lock. The electrical connection is made through the PC board to the spring-loaded receiver on the reference component. Insert into the hollow to protect any vacant groove (S). (See module data sheet)
