Product Application:

Micro-90 is a water-based detergent with a wide range of uses, precise cleaning, and high criticality. Its compound components have various washing functions: removal, dispersion, emulsification, chelation, permeation, suspension, and decomposition. Micro-90 can remove oil, animal fat, resin, tar, wax, biomaterials, insoluble oxides, fine particles, and many other dirt. Washing surfaces such as metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, gemstones, etc. yields excellent results. For many types of filter membranes, it is also an efficient washing solution.

Product Instructions:

The washing operation steps need to be specific, and these steps are formed through experiments. The following points apply to the vast majority of situations:
Micro-90 is a concentrate that must be diluted with water before use. The recommended basic washing method is to have 1-2% Micro-90 in water. The concentration can be increased or decreased according to the requirements of washing.
Preparation method of 1-2% detergent: Add 10 milliliters of Micro-90 per 1 liter of water to make 1% detergent, and add 20 milliliters of Micro-90 per 1 liter of water to make 2% detergent.
Micro-90 can be used for both hand washing and machine washing. Washing methods include: immersion, immersion, brushing, spray, washing, stirring, ultrasonic washing, etc.
Heating the washing solution (high temperature, 66 degrees Celsius, 150 degrees Fahrenheit) will accelerate the washing effect, just like using ultrasonic washing solution.
After the washing step, a * rinse must be performed. For precise washing, deionized water can be used. Micro-90 itself does not require deionized water, but rinsing with regular water can introduce new pollutants due to the water itself.
If some preventive measures are not taken, water-based detergents can cause some metals to rust. These measures include adding rust inhibitors to the detergent or adding a drying process.
Although Micro-90 is harmless to the vast majority of materials, it can be tested on a piece of waste before cleaning some materials that cannot be replaced. Be particularly careful when washing aluminum, lead, magnesium, and zinc with Micro-90.
Although Micro-90 has a certain bactericidal effect, this effect cannot be classified as a fungicide, bacteriostatic agent, disinfectant, or detoxifying agent. However, washing with Micro-90 is still a good pre disinfection measure as it can remove microorganisms from stains.
Micro-90 is both an anionic detergent and a non anionic detergent.
Micro-90 is alkaline. Contains amino groups. To ensure safety and washing quality, Micro-90 should generally not be mixed with other cleaning agents. Micro-90 will precipitate when mixed with acid, and produce harmful gases when mixed with chlorine containing detergents.
If prolonged exposure to Micro-90 occurs, wear rubber gloves (made of diene rubber, nitrile, vinyl, or latex) first.
When using Micro-90 or other chemical reagents, wear safety goggles first.

Washing time required:

The requirements for various washing tasks are different. In some cases, washing with 1-2% Micro-90 liquid only takes a few seconds, while in other cases, it may take several hours or even longer. The way to determine the washing cycle is to do experiments as far as you can, including the concentration of Micro-90 in the cleaning solution, the temperature of water, the washing method (brushing, spray, rinsing, etc.), and the use of ultrasound.

Consumption of washing intensity:

When one or several components of Micro-90 are depleted, it cannot be washed again. Because Micro-90 contains several cleaning ingredients, and each cleaning task will consume different ingredients. Therefore, it is impossible to predict when Micro-90 will lose its cleaning function. The reliable way to determine the effectiveness of Micro-90 washing is through practical experimentation. However, there is still a simple experiment to determine whether the Micro-90 concentrate you are using needs to be replaced at a specific time. Just place a glass slide in the washing solution for a time equal to the normal washing cycle, then rinse the slide and observe the movement of water on the surface of the glass slide after rinsing. If the water cracks into beads or strips, it is necessary to replace the Micro-90 detergent.
