The gas sensing material used in MQ135B air pollution gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2) with low conductivity in clean air. When there is pollutant gas in the environment where the gas sensor is located, the conductivity of the sensor increases with the increase of pollutant gas concentration in the air. The change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration using a simple circuit.
The MQ135B air pollution gas sensor has high sensitivity to ammonia, sulfides, and benzene based vapors, and is also ideal for monitoring smoke and other harmful gases. This sensor can detect various harmful gases and is a low-cost sensor suitable for multiple applications.
Highly sensitive to atmospheres such as ammonia, sulfides, and benzene, with long lifespan, low cost, and a simple driving circuit
Household air pollution alarm, industrial air pollution alarm, portable air pollution detector
