The human-machine interface on the control panel displays the operating status of various equipment during automatic operation, and the monitoring screen displays the dynamic combination of equipment for each operating step. PID temperature control is used for timely temperature monitoring, and the operating parameters can be set according to process requirements on the human-machine interface. When entering sterilization, the temperature changes during the sterilization process are recorded by the printer.

Manual washing and sterilization can be performed on the human-machine interface. The equipment is made of 316L material in the contact rubber plug area, and 1Cr18Ni9Ti material in other parts. It adopts imported PLC and frequency converter speed adjustable automatic temperature control, and uses solid-state relays to extend the service life of the switch. The water pump uses imported Danish Grundfos pumps for reliable operation.

Automatic plug removal reduces secondary pollution. After washing and sterilization, the rubber plugs have been inspected and certified by the National Medical Products Administration's Pharmaceutical Machinery Testing Center to meet national GMP standards.
