The structural construction mainly consists of the following parts:

  1. Test chamber: Simulate the human oral environment and control the pressure and other conditions required for wear testing. 2. Grinding wheel device: a device used for abrasion testing of composite resin materials, which can adjust the position and pressure of the grinding wheel.

During the wear process, whenever the sample falls, the abrasive can be collected and laid between the sample and the grinding pair, with a thickness of not less than 5mm; 4. The grinding pair is a specially made rubber plate with a diameter of (100 ± 1) mm and a thickness of 6 ± 0.2 mm. Shore hardness: 75 ± 5 °; 5. The abrasive is made by mixing fluorite concentrate with distilled water in accordance with YB/T5217-2005, grade FC-98, particle size 110 mesh to 120 mesh, with a water to powder mass ratio of 1:4; 6.
