Zoom lens barrel: adopts optical zoom objective lens, with optical magnification of 0.7X~4.5X, video total magnification of 40X~400X continuously adjustable, object field of view: 10.6-1.6mm, and different magnification objectives can be selected according to customer requirements.

U-Camera: Equipped with a low light SONY core 1/3 'color CCD camera, the image surface texture is clear, the contour hierarchy is distinct, ensuring high-quality measurement images. Upgrades and optional 1/2 'CMOS 1.3 megapixel camera are available.

Base: The instrument base is made of high-precision natural granite, which has high stability, hardness, and is not easily deformed.

Grating ruler: The instrument platform is equipped with a high-precision grating ruler (X, Y, Z axes) with a resolution of 0.001mm. The Z axis can measure the depth of grooves and blind holes through secondary focusing.

U light source: Using a long-life LED ring cold light source (surface light and bottom light), the surface illumination of the workpiece is uniform, the edges are clear, and the brightness is adjustable.

U-rail: Double layer work platform design, equipped with high-precision rolling rails, high precision, smooth and easy movement.

Screw rod: Both the X and Y axis workbenches use toothless friction transmission, which avoids the gap of screw rod transmission, greatly improves sensitivity, and can also switch to fast movement, improving work efficiency.
