Features of the equipment

The compressor adopts an international first-class brand, with stable performance, low starting vibration and noise, and multiple protective devices inside the compressor for long-lasting operation.

The condenser is made of threaded copper tubes, which cause significant disturbance to the refrigerant inside the condenser tubes, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency that is over 15% higher than that of ordinary copper tubes.

The refrigerant throttling device adopts an imported external balanced thermal expansion valve, which has a compact component structure, strong sealing, adjustable superheat, and is suitable for universal temperature sensing charging in different temperature environments. The laser welded stainless steel temperature sensing element ensures the best adjustment ability, longer diaphragm life, and higher pressure resistance.

The evaporator has a large heat transfer area, and the refrigerant has a long travel distance on the evaporator tube side, which fully exchanges heat with the medium and effectively improves the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator. The cold output is stable, and the cooling speed is fast.

According to different usage environments, different control systems are adopted to meet diverse application needs. The control system mainly includes microcomputer control unit and programmable PLC.
