Introduction to Metallographic Microscope DM100
The metallographic microscope DM100 (bright and dark field reflection and transmission) is a multi-purpose optical instrument for industrial inspection. It is equipped with a bright/dark field objective lens, a large field eyepiece, and a polarizing observation device. The reflection and transmission illumination adopts the "Kohler" illumination system, and the field of view is clear. It can be used for the inspection of semiconductor silicon chips, LCD substrates, circuit boards, solid powders, and various other transparent or opaque industrial samples. It is an ideal instrument for research in biology, metallurgy, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronic engineering, and other fields.
